Sanctioned and Restricted Jurisdiction Policy

(a) Restricted Jurisdictions

Liquid Noble does not provide services to individuals or entities located in, residents or citizens of, or incorporated under the laws of the following countries or regions:

  • United States of America
  • Russian Federation
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Libya
  • Mali
  • Nicaragua
  • Cuba
  • Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea)
  • Somalia
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Yemen
  • Zimbabwe
  • Myanmar (Burma)
  • Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)
  • Democratic Republic of Congo
  • Chad
  • Botswana
  • Guinea
  • Eritrea
  • Cameroon
  • Burundi
  • Haiti
  • Afghanistan
  • Liberia
  • The Gambia
  • Lebanon
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Uganda
  • Ghana
  • the regions of: Crimea Donetsk Luhansk
  • or any other country or region that is notified by Liquid Noble as a restricted region from time to time (collectively, **Restricted Jurisdictions**).

(b) Sanctioned Persons

Services are also not available to any individual or entity that is subject to economic sanctions or trade restrictions, including those listed by:

  • The United Nations
  • The European Union or any of its Member States
  • The United States of America (including OFAC lists)
  • The United Kingdom (HM Treasury)
  • The Australian Government (DFAT Consolidated List)

By accessing the Liquid Noble Platform, opening an account, or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not:

  • A citizen or resident of, or incorporated in, a Restricted Jurisdiction;
  • Named on any relevant sanctions or watchlist;
  • Acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any sanctioned person or entity.

(c) Jurisdictional Access Limitations

There are legal and regulatory requirements in some countries that may limit or prohibit access to certain features or services of the Liquid Noble Platform. As such, access may be restricted based on your country of residence or legal status. Eligibility for services is determined solely at Liquid Noble’s discretion and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

(d) Policy Updates

Liquid Noble may modify this policy and the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the most current version of this policy, which is published at liquidnoble.com/en/legal/restricted-jurisdictions.
